Warranty:

All labour and material for newly installed systems is guaranteed to be free from defect for a period of (1) year. Manufacturer warranty for hardware replacement may extend beyond (1) year, labour charges will incur after 1 year from initial install regardless. Any warranty does not cover batteries. Extended warranties are available on hardware for an additional charge.

 

Maintenance after the purchase:

During the period of 60 days after the date the system is fully functional, no charges will incur for service calls related to the newly installed system. A charge will incur for additional programming or set-up not covered under the original agreement. Regular service rates will apply after 60 days. See Warranty for exception. Maintenance and Customer Support Agreement will be offered 60 days after project completion.
